To save time, can I fill out registration forms prior to my appointment?
Patients can fill out forms prior to arriving at their FastMed Urgent Care clinic. Simply go to the Forms and Billing tab to download and print out the forms.
Is the wait long to see a medical professional?
Our goal at FastMed Urgent Care is to get patients in and treated within an hour. It is rare that there is a lengthy wait time to receive treatment. FastMed Urgent Care clinics also offer patients the option to schedule a check-in at our clinic online through ZipPass. With ZipPass, patients can get a place in line through this online service and show up at the check-in time they chose, thereby reducing their wait at our FastMed clinics.
What are the qualifications of the FastMed Urgent Care medical staff?
FastMed Urgent Care clinicians are highly trained medical professionals, with extensive experience across the health care delivery spectrum. Each FastMed Urgent Care facility is staffed by a health care team of medical doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who work as a team to deliver high-quality, personal care to patients in need of treatment for non–life-threatening conditions.
What types of insurance does FastMed accept?
FastMed Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIGNA, Humana, Medcost, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, UHC, Wellpath and many others. Please call the FastMed nearest your location or your insurance provider listed on your insurance membership card to determine if FastMed Urgent Care is in-network with your insurance.
Where are FastMed Urgent Care clinics located?
FastMed Urgent Care clinics are located right in your neighborhood. We are located conveniently in the shopping centers you patron that are close to your home. Near your local grocer, dry cleaner, and coffee shop, FastMed is never far from home, and our clinics have extended hours and are open 365 days a year. When do I pay for treatment?
Payment is expected upon treatment unless there is an alternative payment arranged prior to the appointment.
Patients will be asked for two forms of valid ID and your insurance card as proof of insurance upon check-in at a FastMed Urgent Care clinic to expedite check-out at the conclusion of your visit.
We accept most major credit cards or cash with two forms of valid ID.
We do not accept checks onsite for payment.
FastMed offers every patient, PayWell, our secure bill payment system that eliminates the hassle of mailed invoices and calls from a billing office.
