Your Visit

After check-in, our friendly staff will call your name, bring you to a private exam room and take your vital signs. When the provider sees you, they will discuss the reason for your visit, listen to your concerns, perform an examination, communicate their diagnosis and provide a treatment plan that is right for you. If any further testing is necessary or recommended, they will advise you on your options.

If there is a wait to be seen, ask your guest services specialist about FastMed’s CareCall Program. Available at select locations, with FastMed CallCall we will check you in and we will call you when we can treat you, allowing you to go home, back to work or any place you wish.
