Kyle A. Bohannon

Kyle leads all strategic development initiatives in addition to orchestrating all of FastMed’s corporate mergers and acquisitions activities. With significant experience in private equity, investment banking and real estate investing, he previously served as Managing Director of a real estate private equity firm. Kyle spent multiple years in the private equity industry with HarbourVest Partners, LLC in both the United States and Europe. Upon joining HarbourVest’s Boston-based direct investment group, Kyle relocated to London to help establish the firm’s international direct investment team. He held responsibility for identifying, closing and managing leveraged buyout and venture capital investments across multiple industries. Kyle’s previous experience includes several years in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on both mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Kyle received a BA in Political Science from Amherst College, where he was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team. Kyle is active in the community as a leader within the Special Olympics organization and as a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.
