Adin Bradley brings nearly 20 years of experience in the retail and not-for-profit healthcare sectors with a focus on human resources, finance, and operations. In 2018, he joined FastMed, where he is responsible for North Carolina operations, including 57 clinics throughout the state.

He began his career in human resources with the Catholic Health System in Buffalo, New York, the second largest healthcare organization in Western New York, which offers health services through their hospitals, primary care centers, diagnostic and treatment centers, home care agencies, and long-term care facilities.

Adin later joined Rural/Metro Corporation (now AMR) as director of human resources and then became division general manager before being appointed regional vice president of operations for its east region. Rural/Metro was the nation’s second largest private provider of EMS services. He subsequently served as regional director of operations for American Dental Partners, overseeing retail specialty dental practices in the Western New York region.

After moving to Raleigh, Adin was chief operating officer for CFAH, LLC, a private group of veterinary and urgent care clinics in the Raleigh/Triangle area, and director of operations for Magnus Health, a leading provider of electronic student health record (SHR) software for independent schools.

Adin earned an undergraduate degree in human resources management from Niagara College in Ontario, Canada and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a proud supporter of the Boys & Girls Club and served on the board of his local unit from 2008 to 2014. Adin also has been a director on the boards of the Lancaster-Depew (NY) Chamber of Commerce, Erie County Medical Center Lifeline Foundation, and the SPCA of Wake County.
