The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs that facilitate the development and continuous learning of FastMed team members.
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of two years of experience working within organizational development
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Required License or Certification
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
Position is located at the administrative office in Clayton, NC.
