“Went in on a Sunday and had a quick, easy, and pleasant experience. John at the front desk was so friendly and energetic and answered any questions I had with a smile. Avery took my vitals quickly and efficiently, and Bobbi was able to calm a lot my anxiety regarding my reasons for going in. She explained everything and answered any and all questions I had. “As a snowbird from Canada I was very apprehensive about using my travel insurance in the United States, as I purchase every year, but have never had cause to visit an Urgent Care facility. My fears were put to rest after going to the Fastmed Urgent Care on Val Vista. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating. They all introduced themselves with a lovely smile.
