“Went in on a Sunday and had a quick, easy, and pleasant experience. John at the front desk was so friendly and energetic and answered any questions I had with a smile. Avery took my vitals quickly and efficiently, and Bobbi was able to calm a lot my anxiety regarding my reasons for going in. She explained everything and answered any and all questions I had. “I had to go to FastMed on Christmas Eve for an ear infection. I was so grateful you were open and nearby. I had read horror stories online about long wait times and impatient service, but the time between when I walked in and when I left was less than 30 minutes. And even though it was Christmas Eve and I'm sure they would rather be home with their families, the receptionist, nurse and NP I saw were all friendly and helpful.”
