“As a snowbird from Canada I was very apprehensive about using my travel insurance in the United States, as I purchase every year, but have never had cause to visit an Urgent Care facility. My fears were put to rest after going to the Fastmed Urgent Care on Val Vista. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating. They all introduced themselves with a lovely smile. “My son was sick with a high fever of 104.9 due to having the flu that they diagnosed him with. As they were trying to get his down they were checking what was causing him this fever. The nurse was very compasionate with my son and it shows that she enjoys her job. We were able to get my sons fever down before I left....thanks God. The facility was very organized and clean. I definitely will recommend this place!!!!!”
