“As a snowbird from Canada I was very apprehensive about using my travel insurance in the United States, as I purchase every year, but have never had cause to visit an Urgent Care facility. My fears were put to rest after going to the Fastmed Urgent Care on Val Vista. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating. They all introduced themselves with a lovely smile. My issue was addressed, and I feel much better. Thank you to Gina, Kristina, Melissa and Mare.”

“Jennifer my NP was great. Most urgent care places take you in and get you out and treat you like a number. My NP spent time with me and every word that came out of my mouth, she treated it like it was Gold. It was very obvious that my concerns were her concerns and that she truly wanted to not only give me the best care, but to also provide compassion. She also had no problem being direct with me when I was asking for a treatment plan she didn't feel was appropriate. That's great and she made me feel like a human being! Then there was an issue with the pharmacy and she settled that and called them and made sure it was okay and she followed up with me to let me know what the outcome was. I told her I loved her and I meant it. I never give 5 stars for any service, but Jennifer, along with the front desk receptionist was wonderful! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I had to go to FastMed on Christmas Eve for an ear infection. I was so grateful you were open and nearby. I had read horror stories online about long wait times and impatient service, but the time between when I walked in and when I left was less than 30 minutes. And even though it was Christmas Eve and I'm sure they would rather be home with their families, the receptionist, nurse and NP I saw were all friendly and helpful.”
