“I went in with a laceration on my hand. It was a 45 minute wait as they only had one NP on duty. I was treated by Gregory Best, who was very good. The rest of the staff was friendly.  I would go back, but hopefully won't need to anytime in the near future.”

“As a snowbird from Canada I was very apprehensive about using my travel insurance in the United States, as I purchase every year, but have never had cause to visit an Urgent Care facility. My fears were put to rest after going to the Fastmed Urgent Care on Val Vista. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating. They all introduced themselves with a lovely smile. “Great experience. The lobby and exam areas were clean and smelled fresh, but not like hospital. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Wait time was almost non-existent. Provider Simrall was friendly and professional. I was in and out very quickly and was very satisfied with my experience!”
