“Jennifer my NP was great. Most urgent care places take you in and get you out and treat you like a number. My NP spent time with me and every word that came out of my mouth, she treated it like it was Gold. It was very obvious that my concerns were her concerns and that she truly wanted to not only give me the best care, but to also provide compassion. She also had no problem being direct with me when I was asking for a treatment plan she didn't feel was appropriate. That's great and she made me feel like a human being! Then there was an issue with the pharmacy and she settled that and called them and made sure it was okay and she followed up with me to let me know what the outcome was. I told her I loved her and I meant it. I never give 5 stars for any service, but Jennifer, along with the front desk receptionist was wonderful! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“My son was sick with a high fever of 104.9 due to having the flu that they diagnosed him with. As they were trying to get his down they were checking what was causing him this fever. The nurse was very compasionate with my son and it shows that she enjoys her job. We were able to get my sons fever down before I left....thanks God. The facility was very organized and clean. I definitely will recommend this place!!!!!”

“They were so friendly. They definitely have customer service down at this place! When I first walked in, they gave me an estimate of the wait in case I didn't wnat to wait that long. Once I was taken to the back, I was seen quickly. What really amazed me is that they called me back the next day to give me the final results of my X-rays. They read them at the clinic but also sent them to a radiologist for an official determination. Best urgent care I have ever been to.”

“As a snowbird from Canada I was very apprehensive about using my travel insurance in the United States, as I purchase every year, but have never had cause to visit an Urgent Care facility. My fears were put to rest after going to the Fastmed Urgent Care on Val Vista. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating. They all introduced themselves with a lovely smile. My issue was addressed, and I feel much better. Thank you to Gina, Kristina, Melissa and Mare.”
