This January, the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) kicked off its 100th year anniversary with an open house at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill, NC. The January 10th open house featured a luncheon and speakers from the NCHSAA, both active and retired. The event drew in

coaches, athletic directors, athletes and community members from all over the state of North Carolina. It successfully commemorated the past accomplishments and milestones of the NCHSAA and its plans to grow as an organization in the future.

FastMed Urgent Care was in attendance, as a proud corporate sponsor of the NCHSAA. The NCHSAA sets the standard for North Carolina high school physicals that are required for school sports participation.

All FastMed Urgent Cares adhere to the NCHSAA’s criteria for sports physicals and offer students and parents the convenience of over 29 locations throughout North Carolina and convenient walk-in availability seven days of the week.

We are proud of all of our state’s student athletes, and we serve as a vital, state-wide resource. The NCHSAA will celebrate their anniversary throughout the remainder of the year.
