Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce to Join Ribbon Cutting Event
Tucson, Ariz. October 22, 2013 – On Wednesday, October 23rd, FastMed Urgent Care will open its sixth clinic in the Tucson area. At the corner of 22nd Street and Craycroft Road in the Country Fair Shopping Center (5594 E. 22nd Street), FastMed joins Walmart and Walgreens in serving the Tucson community. The 22nd St. clinic represents FastMed’s 25th location in Arizona, providing access to urgent care services seven days a week, 365 days-a-year with extended hours.
On the same day at 2:00 pm, FastMed and the Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new location, with local business owners and leaders invited to attend, tour the clinic and learn about FastMed Urgent Care. With the clinic open and treating patients, all Tucson residents are welcome to tour the new state-of-the-art urgent care facility, as well as meet and talk to FastMed medical providers and clinical staff. FastMed will provide flu shots for all ages at $20 starting on October 23rd.
Serving the East Tucson area, the clinic will provide easy acccess to quality health care, located less than three miles from Alice Vail Middle School, Brookline College, Rogers Elementary School, Wheeler Elementary School, Borman Elementary School, the Murphy- Wilmot Public Library and many local area businesses.
