Debbi is an accomplished human resources executive with an outstanding record of success in building and transforming human capital strategies aligned with business goals, and driving organizational/culture change.
Prior to joining FastMed, she served as CHRO at private universities that developed innovative strategies for higher education. While heading human resources at Isola, Debbi provided global leadership in the development and implementation of employment policies, programs, and services, including employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and compensation. She also led the HR initiatives for semiconductor companies, including Microsemi, International Rectifier, and ON Semiconductor.
As a consultant, she brought retention strategies to On Lok, a not-for-profit senior care organization in the San Francisco area, and helped TurbineAero pass an FAA drug-testing program audit.
Debbi was one of the first HR professionals in the U.S.—and the first in the state of Arizona—to be certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) by the HR Certification Institute, and she also holds an SHRM-SCP. She gives back to her profession by volunteering as a subject matter expert for HRCI’s test-writing organization.
