The Area Managers are the CEO’s of their clinics. They are drivers of clinic performance and are expected to maximize and provide support for their assigned clinical teams. Including the ongoing training and developing of their entire team from customer service to clinical back office processes. The Area Manager should demonstrate innovation that creates world class service, training programs, financial performance, and administrative excellence at their assigned centers. The individual will develop ideas and approaches that bring value to the organization. The Area Manager is expected to provide innovative leadership and take the lead on the implementation.
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 year degree preferred
- BLS (CPR) Certification
- Minimum three years of experience in management or multi-center physician’s office and/or urgent care setting
- Typing and computer proficiency in Windows based software
