The Regional Human Resources Manager (SHRM) is responsible for operational and technical duties of the Human Resource Department including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, HRIS management, employee relations, and employee activities for NC. SHRM will be the primary point of contact for all Human Resource items in NC.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. SHRM certification desired. Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software required
Experience with ADP or other HRIS system
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent project management skills
Must be able to handle confidential information and materials in a professional manner
Understands and values the importance of a team approach.
Position is located at the Clayton Administrative Office.
