The Senior Human Resources Manager (SHRM) is responsible for operational and technical duties of the Human Resource Department including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, HRIS (ADP) management, employee relations, and employee activities for Arizona and Texas. SHRM will be the primary point of contact for all Human Resource items in AZ and Texas.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. SHRM certification desired. Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software required
Experience with ADP or other HRIS system
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent project management skills
Must be able to handle confidential information and materials in a professional manner
Understands and values the importance of a team approach.
Required License or Certification
SHRM certification desired.
Position is located at the Administrative office in Scottsdale, AZ.
