Christopher Hewitt

Christopher Hewitt is the Primary Care provider at our Clayton, NC location. He has worked in primary care as a Nurse Practitioner for more than eight years. A critical thinker and multi-tasker with strong clinical judgment, Christopher prides himself on being a dependable part of the clinic team. He works collaboratively and compassionately with patients and their families to help them reach their health goals.

Christopher is married with two sons. His family moved to North Carolina from Virginia in 2023. Outside the clinic, they enjoy camping, fishing, boating, baseball, and martial arts. They are members of the Church of Christ in Fuquay-Varina.

Christopher aims to work collaboratively and compassionately with patients and their families to help them reach their health goals.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Christopher worked as a Registered Nurse and paramedic. His experience includes:

• Staff nurse providing acute psychiatric care
• Registered Nurse in the Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology department at the University of Virginia. He has cared for a wide range of patients including children, families, and older adults.
