“While visiting my family in May we went to the beach. While coming in from the water I happen to get stung by a skate/stingray. That was the worst pain I have ever felt words don’t come close to explain the pain I had. I have a high tolerance of pain so when I was balling and literally sobbing of pain I knew it was bad. I was taking to the Fast Med Urgent Care. I could not walk or stand on my foot, it swelled up so bad I could not move my foot. I was wheeled in a wheel chair the staff and nurse knew exactly what to do and had everything ready within minutes. They took excellent care of me and was very happy with the service they gave me. They told me what to do when I left and what to look for if I needed to get seen again. They gave me two shots and two antibiotics for two weeks. Although I took the meds and made sure I kept the wound clean I ended up getting it infected. A week after I came home I was on two weeks medication and another shot. It has only been less then a month and I still have pain. But the they did a wonderful job and showed so much caring about my cut. And had no problem taking out of state insurance. Wonderful care!!!!”
