Gilbert, AZ – June 22, 2015 – FastMed Urgent Care, the largest urgent care organization in Arizona, has become the official urgent care partner for Alliance Youth Sports to promote youth sports participation in Arizona communities and provide over 2,500 athletes with convenient access to pre-participation physical examinations, sports and health education information and sports injury treatment.

The partnership means that student athletes will have access to high quality, convenient and personal medical care at over 27 FastMed locations throughout the greater Phoenix area. Alliance Youth Sports coaches and athletes will also have access to extensive sports injury treatment from FastMed Urgent Care by FastMed Sports Medicine with 5 locations throughout Phoenix.
FastMed Urgent Care clinics will provide Alliance Youth Sports athletes with walk-in access 365 days a year to medical treatment services including:
- School, Sports and Camp Physicals
- Sprains and Strains
- Cuts and Scrapes
- Stitches and Minor Surgery
- Fracture Evaluation (Digital X-rays)
- Concussion Evaluation
- Immunizations and Vaccinations (including flu shots)
- IV Treatment
FastMed will provide Alliance Youth Sports athletes with $20 pre-participation physical examination vouchers valid at all FastMed locations.
